DECATUR, GA– DeKalb County Chief Executive Officer Lorraine Cochran-Johnson has appointed Juliana A. Njoku as the new Director of Planning & Sustainability, marking a key step in the County’s agenda to modernize operations, increase community engagement, and drive equitable growth.
