Iris Sandoval-Flores is now facing another round of charges in Lyon County District Court related to identity theft, fraud, and practicing dentistry without a license. She and seven other people were arrested and charged in April. Sandoval-Flores is the only one of the group facing new charges.

Sandoval-Flores was most recently arrested in mid-July and charged with one count of dentistry or hygienist without a license and one count of theft or property of services.

According to the complaint filed in the new case, Sandoval-Flores unlawfully obtained dental supplies and prescription drugs from CareArc Inc.
