A celebration of the coming school year is set for the upcoming weekend in Deltona. The City of Deltona and the Volusia County Hispanic Association are sponsoring the giveaway of backpacks and other school supplies, set for 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, at Dewey O.
