1A 19-year-old Stafford man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly forcing another car off Richmond Highway and brandishing what appeared to be a firearm, officials said.

Deputies said the incident happened around 1:52 p.m. near Coal Landing Road when the suspect, driving a white Tesla, swerved into the victim’s lane and then displayed a weapon with a laser attachment.
