New Orleans Saints Executive Vice President/General Manager Mickey Loomis announced that the club has agreed to terms with free agent tackle Jonathan Mendoza . Here are five things to know about the Saints roster addition:

Weight: 310 lbs

College: Louisville

Mendoza joins the Saints as an undrafted free agent from the University of Louisville. Mendoza started 13 games at right tackle for the Cardinals where he helped the team to a Sun Bowl victory. He reunites with college teammates quarterback Tyler Shough and cornerback Quincy Riley .

Before attending Louisville, Mendoza played four years at Yale where he played alongside Saints wide receiver Mason Tipton . In 2023, he was named a first team All-Ivy selection and was the co-recipie
