CHARLOTTE — Panthers tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders has good hands, but we knew that already.

What we're learning this training camp is that he also has a leaner silhouette , a flair for the dramatic, an uncanny ability to be near cameras, and some dance moves.

Sanders turned heads, and a few defensive backs, a few times Friday.

The highlight might have been on a deep ball from Andy Dalton , in which he went contorted his body and went up over the top of cornerback Akayleb Evans , who fell backward.

Sanders also went to the ground, but since he was untouched, he recovered quickly and walked into the end zone.

There happened to be a couple of cameras right in front of him, so he spun the ball and struck a pose.
