President Trump Issues EO on College Sports. On July 24, 2025, President Trump issued Executive Order (EO) 14322, titled, “Saving College Sports.” Much like the SCORE Act that the Buzz recently discussed, the EO attempts to set some guardrails around the “out-of-control, rudderless system” of college athletics.
