DETROIT (CNN) - Some Ford drivers will need to schedule a service appointment due to a recent recall from the automaker.

Ford said it is recalling more than 312,000 vehicles due to a brake defect.

The vehicles include 2025 Lincoln Navigators, Ford Broncos and Ford Rangers.

The SUVs and trucks in question could lose power brake assist, posing a potential crash hazard.

Ford said that vehicle owners can get this recall checked at any of its dealerships.
