WATERLOO, Iowa (KCRG) - The Waterloo Bucks held their baseball camp on Saturday afternoon.

The focus from the players was for everyone to have a good time.

“It’s just a little refresher to us that this is just a game sometimes. It really just made me laugh and enjoy it, and have a lot of fun with them,” said outfielder, Jake Bechtel.

Other Bucks players like Sam Finn, were reminded how much baseball consumed their summers as kids.

“Baseball was what my summer revolved around mostly when I was growing up,” said Finn.

Kids from around the Waterloo area were playing in Riverfront Stadium ahead of the Bucks game on Saturday night.
