The 2025 PGA Tour regular season came to a close this week at the Wyndham Championship at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina.
The four days in Greensboro offer a look at the other side of Tour life as pros scratch and claw to get into the top 70 to make the FedEx Cup Playoffs. Even those who find themselves outside the top 70 are trying to earn as many points as possible in order to put themselves in a good position to stay inside the top 100 after the fall schedule. This year, the PGA Tour is trimming the number of fully-exempt members from 125 to 100, which means there is a 20 percent reduction in the membership.
