COLBY, Kan. (KAKE) - One person is dead after a crash involving a motorcycle on the north side of Colby Sunday afternoon.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says around noon Sunday, a Toyota Prius was traveling northbound on K-25 just north of town, when it slowed to make a left turn into a private drive. As the Prius was turning, a Kawasaki motorcycle struck the right side of the Prius. The car was able to complete its turn and parked in the private drive, while the motorcycle came to rest in the roadway.
