GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Gator baseball infielder Brendan Lawson was named the 2025 Offensive Player of the Year for the Brewster Whitecaps on Sunday.

The rising sophomore notching a .333 average with four home runs and 13 RBI out on the Cape this summer.

Lawson also represented in the All-Star Game and Home Run Contest.
