CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Mason’s 46-year-old tennis facility finished its $260 million campus transformation, just in time for the Cincinnati Open happening Aug. 5-18.
The Lindner Family Tennis Center renovation was completed within 11 months, not only growing the campus’ facilities, but also furthering Cincinnati’s dominance in the sport.
“Tennis might be an individual sport, but this was truly a team effort. We are excited to welcome our fans and players back to enjoy all the new amenities over the next two weeks and beyond as this venue serves as the center of racquet sports in the Midwest,” said President of Beemok Sports & Entertainment and Cincinnati Open Tournament Director Bob Moran.
The Mason facility is now 40 acres big with 31 outdoor tennis courts, six indoor courts, and pickleba
