TPUSA Contributor Slams Rosa Parks, Civil Rights Movement

At Turning Point USA’s Blexit “Liberation Show” in Tampa on July 13, Turning Point USA contributor Brandon Tatum delivered a speech sharply critical of the Civil Rights Movement and civil rights icon Rosa Parks. Blexit is Charlie KirK’s MAGA outreach to Black voters. Tatum is one of Blexit founders.

Tatum claimed that Black Americans were thriving economically before the Civil Rights era, arguing that the civil rights movement “hurt us to a large degree.” While there were successes, the idea that the civil rights movement was unneeded or unnecessary is preposterous.
