Police in Delaware arrested an Atlantic City man after investigators found the employees of a massage parlor he owned there were allegedly offering to perform sex acts for money.

Edward Yazbeck, 66, was charged with promoting prostitution, criminal nuisance and running an unlicensed massage establishment. He is being held in a Delaware jail after failing to pay $13,000 bail, New Castle County police said.

Yazbeck was arrested July 29 after an investigation that began in May. Multiple clients at Yazbeck's JJ Massage Therapy Spa in Wilmington allegedly received massages from female workers who then offered illicit sexual acts in exchange for money, police said in a news release.
