INGLEWOOD – Los Angeles County Assessor Jeffrey Prang released his 2025 Assessment Roll which shows Inglewood home values have increased 3.5% over last year.

According to Assessor Prang’s report, Inglewood property values increased from $19,383,745,247 to $20,058,421,363 resulting in an increase of $674,676,116.

Inglewood’s property breakdown is as follows:

14,673 single-family homes

4,613 residential income (defined as dwellings that generate rental income)

1,874 commercial/industrial
