CINCINNATI —

A fifth person has been arrested and is facing charges after a downtown Cincinnati brawl that went viral late last month.

Cincinnati police said Patrick Rosemond, 38, was arrested in Fulton County, Georgia, and has been charged with felonious assault and aggravated riot. He was arrested Monday and will be transported back to Cincinnati. WLWT has learned that Rosemond is the suspect accused of hitting the victim named Holly. Advertisement

The incident unfolded on West Fourth and Elm streets downtown early on July 26. Videos showing parts of the brawl started circulating online that morning. Cincinnati police say the incident began as a verbal altercation that quickly turned physical.
