‘Drag Race’ Star Jinkx Monsoon Makes Debut as Mary Todd Lincoln in Broadway’s ‘Oh, Mary!’ Play – First Photos! | Broadway, Jenn Harris, Jinkx Monsoon, Kumail Nanjiani, Michael Urie, Oh Mary, Tony Mach

The hit Broadway play Oh, Mary! has welcomed its new cast, including RuPaul’s Drag Race star Jinkx Monsoon in her third Broadway show!

Jinkx is the fourth actor to assume the role of Mary Todd Lincoln in the Tony-winning play following original star and playwright Cole Escola , as well as replacements Betty Gilpin and Tituss Burgess .

Oh, Mary! is a dark comedy about a miserable, suffocated Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks leading up to Abraham Lincoln’s assassination.

Jinkx is joined in the cast by newcomers Kumail Nanjiani as Mary’s Husband (aka Abraham Lincoln), Michael Urie as Mary’s Teacher, and Jenn Harris as Mary’s Chaperone. Original cast member Tony Macht remains in the show as Mary’s Husband’s Assistant.
