SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Roads are dry this morning with temperatures starting out in the 70s.
We’ll warm to the mid 80s by noon with highs in the upper 80s. Heat index values will return to the upper 90s, warmer than the last few days. Isolated storms will develop this afternoon with the best chance of rain remaining west of I-95. Storms will continue into the evening, when the chance of rain will increase toward the coast. Wind gusts near 40 miles per hour will be possible in a few of the storms today, along with isolated downpours. A quick 1-2 inches could fall on a few communities, potentially prompting flood advisories.
