Diddy has again been denied bail as he awaits sentencing for his conviction of engaging in transportation for prostitution.
In his highly publicized trial last month, the music mogul was acquitted of the most serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering while being convicted of the lesser offence.
Each count carries up to 10 years in prison but the judge will decide his sentence in early October with Diddy already spending 11 months behind bars since his arrest last September.
Since the trial, Diddy has made bids for bail, each of which have been denied by the judge who claims the record executive had failed to prove there are “exceptional” reasons for why he should be released.
Diddy’s history of domestic violence was also cited in the reasoning behind denying him bail.
