Ozzy Osbourne ‘s cause of death has been officially revealed.

The death certificate lists a heart attack as the cause of his death, along with a few other factors.

If you did not see the tragic news, on Tuesday (July 22), the Osbourne family announced that the Black Sabbath rocker had passed away at the age of 76 .

According to the New York Times , his death was listed as an “out of hospital cardiac arrest,” with “coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction” also listed as causes as well.
