Hill Valley Dairy Opens Milwaukee Cheese Bar in Walker’s Point

Cheese is part of our identity. Making cheese is part of Hill Valley Dairy ’s.

Late last year, the company, which sources its milk from a family farm in East Troy, completed its transformation of the former Clock Shadow Creamery in Walker’s Point (138 W. Bruce St.) into Milwaukee Cheese Bar , a factory, store and a bar.

Flights, boards and bites highlight their own cheeses (of cheddars, goudas and more) and those of other Wisconsin makers.
