The 2025 MTV Video Music Awards take place on Sunday, September 7. Today, the full list of nominees has been revealed. Lady Gaga leads the pack with 12 nominations, and she’s primarily recognized for Mayhem , “ Abracadabra ,” and “ Die With a Smile .” Gaga’s “Die With a Smile” collaborator, Bruno Mars, is second with 11 nominations, and Kendrick Lamar also reached double digits, scoring 10 nominations, for GNX , “Luther,” and “Not Like Us.” See the full list of nominations below.
