Fivio Foreign has been released from prison following his conviction for terroristic threats.

The drill star was sentenced on August 1 and received time served plus three years of probation following a guilty plea.

He had already spent nearly 200 days behind bars after being arrested in January.

Fivio originally faced up to 20 years behind bars and a minimum sentence of five so could be considered to have gotten off lightly.

The terms of his probation mean he will have to submit to drug tests and not get into anymore legal trouble.

The New York native is yet to comment on his release.
