Electricity service in Zaraza, Guárico state, has been affected since the early hours of Monday, August 4, due to adverse weather conditions, according to Mayor Carlos Castillo.
In a statement posted on his Facebook account, Castillo described the outage as a "force majeure event" at the Zaraza Substation, which has led to the interruption of service in the town.
