Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison will miss the team’s first three games of the 2025 season for violating NFL rules.

According to the league, Addison was suspended for violating the league’s Substances of Abuse Policy.

He will still be eligible to participate in training camp and in preseason games, but will miss the Vikings’ first three regular season games, including their Monday Night Football opener against the Chicago Bears on Sept. 8.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Addison pleaded no contest in connection to a 2024 DUI citation, triggering the suspension.

In his second NFL season, Addison hauled in 63 receptions for 875 yards and nine touchdowns for the Vikings. In his NFL career, he has 19 receiving touchdowns, 133 catches and 1,786 yards.
