MCLENNAN COUNTY, Texas (KXXV) — Noe Guerrero remains in ICE custody at Montgomery Processing Center despite federal charges being dropped, sparking protests from McLennan County residents.
Federal charges against Noe Guerrero were dropped Friday, but he remains in ICE custody at the Montgomery Processing Center in Texas.
Local protests have formed calling for Guerrero's release from detention.
Mark Hays, McLennan County Democratic Party chair, claims Guerrero had proper documentation in his truck's console.
