Super Noodle now serving customers

Super Noodle opened last month at 1200 41st Ave. Suite C, the former location of Sapporo Ramen in Begonia Plaza (with Grocery Outlet and Busy Bees). Hours are 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily except Wednesday. The restaurant, owned and operated by a father-and-son team, specializes in pho. There are many variations to choose from; the pho comes with gluten-free rice noodles, but you can substitute udon or ramen. Other dishes include rice plates, spring rolls and egg rolls. Beverages include boba tea, beer and wine.
