Four former mayors and five residents, including two former council members, were appointed Monday night to serve on the Charter Review Commission of the Joplin Home Rule Charter.

Eight council members made nominations and voted on them during the panel's regular meeting Monday night. One council member, Josh DeTar, was absent. ×
