CORNING, NY (WENY) -- Summer is well underway, and there's still time to visit the Southeast Steuben County Library in Corning for fun programs, events, and activities before school starts. This August, there are plenty of things to do at the library, from theater camp to watching movies, and of course, summer reading is still happening.

" It is never too late to join summer reading. We’ve still got three more weeks to go. I’ve got over 300 kids reading and recording their reads. But, we can always use a few more, so it’s not too late to get signed up, log those books, and be eligible to win those prize bags. There are a few that have already completed the program, which is awesome. Those from birth to 100 years old can sign up," said the Children's Librarian, Sue McConnell.
