Approval for San Tan Valley incorporation is leading in early voting.

Pinal County has released its count of early ballots and “yes” votes for incorporation are leading the “no” votes by 68.8%, or 7,129, versus 32.2%, or 3,373.

According to Pinal Votes, 10,502 early ballots were cast.
