SHELBY, N.C. – Tuesday marks the 35th birthday of Asha Degree. The little girl went missing from Cleveland County in February of 2000 at just nine-years-old.

Local, state and federal authorities have been investigating the case for years.

Now, Degree is feared to be dead. Her body has not been found, and while police have named suspects, no arrests have been made in her disappearance.
