It’s hard to believe it’s been three years since we were first introduced to Netflix’s Wednesday —Tim Burton’s take on the Addams Family’s signature diabolical daughter. But time soars like the ravens of Nevermore. And this week, Ortega-ites (or however you’d describe Jenna Ortega’s loyal fan base) are flocking back to the streaming giant for the continuation of Burton’s gothic vision.

Showrunners and co-creators Alfred Gough and Miles Millar return alongside Tim Burton, who directs the first of four new episodes debuting August 6. Part two of the season will follow on September 3. We pick up where Season 1 left off, with Wednesday Addams hailed as the unlikely savior of Nevermore Academy.
