Alycia Rehbein was promoted to the role of a new retail training manager at Prevail Bank on Aug. 4, according to a community announcement.

Having joined the bank in February, she quickly became an asset to both her team and customers. Rehbein brings more than a decade of leadership experience, including a successful stint as a branch manager at another financial institution.

Her new role will benefit from her proven ability to create effective training and coaching programs that boost team performance, engagement and confidence.

In addition to this, her expertise with various core, teller and banker platforms enhances her ability to meet the changing needs of Prevail's retail teams. Rehbein will primarily work from the bank's Medford branch, but she will be covering all branch locations
