On Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the community is invited to participate in a free meditation event led by Tammy Adams, the self-described “Life Purpose Shaman,” at a site she calls the Sun Valley Vortex.

Discovered by Adams in 1994 during a solo hike, the vortex is believed to be a powerful energy center similar to those found in Sedona, Arizona.

Hosted at Champions Meadow, the event is open to all ages, including families, and is presented by the House of Angels Foundation, a nonprofit focused on the emotional and spiritual well-being of children.
