The Delaware State Fire Marshal's office is investigating the cause of a townhouse fire in the Pike Creek area Tuesday night, August 5, 2025.

The fire on Jenmatt Drive in the Linden Square community was reported just before 11 p.m.

Mill Creek firefighters arrived with flames shooting out from the front of the home.

Firefighters were able to control the fire with only minor extension into adjoining units.

No injuries were reported. It took about two hours to declare the fire under control.
