Dr. Jennifer Cork, an alumna of the West Bonner County School District, Class of 1997, recently published her first therapy book, "What's Your Anxiety Level," scheduled for release in November.
"The book provides clinicians with a cognitive behavioral therapy-informed curriculum specifically designed for neurodiverse children and teens with co-occurring anxiety disorders," said Cork, a licensed clinical social worker who holds a Doctor of Social Work degree. "This is one of the few mental health resources available, created by an autistic adult, containing adaptations for children and teens with higher support needs and intellectual disabilities."
