On Sunday Sheriff Blakey came from Esmeralda with two prisoners, James Warren, alias “Fresh” who killed “Rattlesnake” Dick was sentenced some time ago served out nineteen months of his sentence, and got a new trial. He also got the same sentence, forty years, and loses the nineteen months of service. Antone Marshall, from the same county, was also brought into make a short call on Warden Bell of ten years.
