The Michigan Wolverines are desperately searching for their next top X wide receiver. It’s been a long time since they’ve had an alpha dog at that position, so Sherrone Moore brought in a handful of guys this offseason that could take that spot to the next level.

Among the options — 6-foot-5 true freshman Jamar Browder.

The story so far

Browder was a three-star recruit in the 2025 class. A late-rising prospect, he flipped his commitment from NC State to the Wolverines in November. He also had offers from schools like Missouri, Indiana, Kentucky and others.

As a senior at Santaluces Community High School in Lake Worth, Florida, Browder had 50 receptions for 1,137 yards and 12 touchdowns.
