Fast bowler Alzarri Joseph has been rested while allrounder Romario Shepherd is back in West Indies ' ODI squad for the upcoming three-match series at home against Pakistan. Joseph, who had also been rested for the T20Is against Pakistan, will continue to have his workload being managed.
