MACON, Ga. — Although cooler temperatures have graced Central Georgia the past few days, your air conditioning is likely still firing on all cylinders to cool down your home.

With that comes higher energy bills.

But Georgia Power's Energy Assistance for Savings & Efficiency (EASE) program allows some households to save on their power bills.

To apply for the program, you have to be a Georgia Power customer and have a household income of 200% or below of the U.S. Federal Poverty guidelines, according to Georgia Power .

While that depends on household size, that's roughly $32,000 for a family of four.

In the application, you will have to list everyone in your household, no matter their age.
