NORFOLK, Va. — As fall approaches, the excitement of college football returns to Norfolk State University , and city officials are working to make game days smoother for fans.

Norfolk city leaders announced free new transportation and parking options ahead of the Spartans' home football season, aimed at easing congestion and encouraging public transit use.

With limited on-campus parking and strict neighborhood parking enforcement, fans are urged to plan ahead and take advantage of free options available this year.
