Mike Vrabel has been through quite a few training camps as a player, so he knows that things can get quite intense between players.
He has been retired for some time, but that hasn’t stopped his fire on the field.
First blood was drawn at Wednesday’s joint practice between the New England Patriots and Washington Commanders, and it wasn’t from any of the players.
According to several reports, Patriots coach Mike Vrabel jumped into the action after rookie running back TreVeyon Henderson went to the ground, and a scrum ensued.
Rookie left tackle Will Campbell also jumped as well.
Once everything was finished, Vrabel reportedly came up with blood on his right cheek after the incident.
The Patriots are holding a joint practice with the Commanders in Foxborough, and teams try their best
