Tammy Lynn Robinson, 64, of New Cumberland, passed away Thursday, July 31, 2025. She was born on January 31, 1961, in Weirton, the daughter of the late Gene and Betty (Shaffer) Robinson. Besides her parents she is proceeded in death by two sisters, Terry Randolph and Patricia Mondin.

She is survived by her companion of 30 years, Carl Dillow Sr, at home; two sons, John Chipps of New York and Brian Chipps of WV; four grandchildren, Brianna, Sebastian, Jacob and John III; two great-grand- children; Step-chil- dren, Carl Jr, Lucas, Jack, Michael, Joey and Jessica and 13 step-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters, Cassandra Reynolds of OK and Kathy Robinson of Weirton.
