The president signed an executive order to establish a multi-agency task force to oversee the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. President Donald Trump said it will help ensure the events are "safe, seamless and historically successful."
"With today's action, I'm directing the Department of State, the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, the Secret Service, the Department of Transportation, and many other departments and agencies to use every tool at their disposal to ensure a fantastic, safe, and beautiful event," Trump said at the signing event Wednesday.
