Baltimore contractor pleads guilty after money making scheme targets customers

Bryan O'Neal Jones, a Baltimore-based contractor, pleaded guilty to Theft and Financial Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult, after taking money from homeowners and not following through on contracting work that was promised.
