INGLEWOOD – The legal teams for companies held by Stan Kroenke and the city of Inglewood are due back in court August 29 after a judge made several rulings during a July 30 hearing.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Maurice A. Leiter made the following ruling for (1) A Temporary

Restraining Order (2) An Order to Show Cause regarding Preliminary Injunction (3) and Order

granting expedited discovery:

“The ex parte application is granted in part. The Court denies Petitioners’ request for a Temporary Protective Order. There is insufficient showing of interim harm or irreparable injury to Petitioners of not granting the Temporary Restraining Order.”
