TUSCOLA, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - It's a new school year at Jim Ned Consolidated School District under a new superintendent, and students will be welcomed on the first day with a new look at their school.

Superintendent Will Brewer is no stranger to the Big Country and said he is ready to be a part of the Indian community.

"I've spent most of my career in this area in the Big Country area, and so I'm pretty familiar with that," Brewer said. "The students that I've already met, the students that I have interacted with in the past, are just really tremendous kids, and I just feel blessed to be here, I feel blessed to be part of this community."
