Design and build services for Hillcrest, Twin Ridge Elementary renovations to cost $4.1M

Design and construction services for the Hillcrest and Twin Ridge Elementary schools renovations will cost the school district $4.1 million.

The Frederick County Board of Education on Wednesday voted to approve James G. Davis Construction Corporation of North Bethesda to complete the design and construction services of the two separate renovations.
