LOS ANGELES - HEINZ has already weighed in on whether a hot dog is a sandwich. Now it’s tackling another great internet debate: if tomatoes are a fruit, does that make ketchup a smoothie?

To settle the question once and for all, HEINZ teamed up with Smoothie King to create what they’re calling the first-ever ketchup-based smoothie. And yes, it’s real — the HEINZ Tomato Ketchup Smoothie is now available at select Smoothie King locations across the U.S.

The limited-time drink blends HEINZ Simply Ketchup with strawberries, raspberries, apple juice, and acai sorbet to create what the brands say is a "sweet and fruity smoothie with a bright, tangy ketchup finish."
